Minimum relative humidity will fall to around 10 to 15 percent in southwest North Dakota, and around 15 to 20 percent across the northwest and far south central. South to southeast winds will be strongest in the southern James River Valley with sustained speeds around 25 to 30 mph, and 20 to 25 mph elsewhere. Gusts up to 45 mph are possible at all locations.
