The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Tuesday.
* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 to 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
