Similar storms in the past have caused: - rapid runoff due to frozen or saturated ground - accelerated snowmelt adding to runoff volumes - erosion along road shoulders and smaller washouts Remarks: Precipitation will begin tonight as snow before quickly changing through ice pellets and freezing rain then to rain early Tuesday morning.
