Major winter storm comes to an end. What: Total snowfall accumulations of 20 to 30 cm. Near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. Northerly wind gusts of 70 to 80 km/h. When: Continuing this evening and ending overnight. Additional information: Additional snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected before snow slowly tapers off early this morning. Periods of light snow and local blowing snow may continue into this morning or early this afternoon. ### Roads and walkways will likely be very difficult to navigate. Travel will likely be hazardous.
