At 09:09 on July 31, 2026, the Lin an District Meteorological Observatory in Hangzhou issued an orange high temperature warning signal: Due to the influence of subtropical high pressure, it is expected that today, except for high-altitude mountainous areas, the highest temperature in most towns (streets) in our district, such as Jinnan, Jinbei, Jincheng, Linglong, Qingshanhu, Banqiao, Yuqian, Changhua, etc., will reach 38 ℃ or above. Relevant units and personnel are requested to reduce outdoor operations and do a good job in heatstroke prevention, cooling and drowning prevention.
