Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stallling cold front will interact with a very moist airmass through at least early Wednesday. Multiple rounds of rain are expected to produce totals of 3 to 6 inches within the watch area through Wednesday.
