    Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

    Further rainfall: 20 to 30 mm, with locally higher amounts possible.

    Time span: Rain at times heavy will persist until this afternoon.

    Remarks: There is a risk of thundershowers today. Very mild temperatures will result in rapid melting of the remaining snowpack.

    Localized flooding may occur in areas with poor drainage.

    Ensure storm drains and gutters are clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding.
