    Further rainfall: 10 to 15 mm, with locally higher amounts possible.

    Time span: continuing until this afternoon.

    Remarks: Very mild temperatures will result in rapid melting of the remaining snowpack.

    Localized flooding may occur in areas with poor drainage. Ensure storm drains and gutters remain clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding.
