A sudden return to winter. What: Strong winds gusting to 70 km/h. 2 to 4 cm of snow, with locally 10 cm possible. Local blowing Snow. When: Wind: tonight then easing Tuesday morning. Snow: tonight. Blowing snow: Later this evening into the overnight hours. Additional information: Snowfall amounts are slightly higher than originally expected, particularly over eastern Toronto and eastern York regions. Local blowing snow is possible later tonight as well. Strong west to northwest winds will continue in the wake of a sharp Arctic cold front. Winds will slowly begin to ease Tuesday morning.
