High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 21.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting near 22 feet tonight, then will begin a slow fall. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

A Flood Warning means water levels above flood stage are imminent or
may already be occurring. Persons along rivers and streams in the
warned area should take immediate precautions to protect life and
property.
