Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 324 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms producing rainfall amounts in excess of one inch per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. One to two inches of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are expected over the area.
