Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and some storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 inch or so of rainfall may occur into this morning.
