* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 201 Routt Forecast Area below 9000 feet.
* TIMING...From 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Saturday.
* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent.
* IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
