* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 253 PM PDT, Snow melt along with areas of rain near the Cascade crest is leading to sharp rises on rivers and streams in Chelan county. Small streams are expected to crest Friday evening and then fall overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
