Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Mason and Fulton Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.0 feet early Wednesday morning. High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM CDT Monday was 23.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday night. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
