* WHEN...For the first High Wind Warning, until 6 PM MDT this evening. For the second High Wind Warning, from 6 AM to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause isolated power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
