    Rain, at times heavy, is expected. Locations: most of Cape Breton Island. Total rainfall: 30 to 50 mm, with higher amounts possible in heaviest showers. Time span: this evening until Saturday morning. Remarks: Periods of rain are currently occurring, with heavier showers approaching from the coast. Rainfall rates of 5 to 10 mm per hour may occur over some locations. Rainfall will be variable in intensity. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to rainfall amounts.
