Minor flooding is occurring at Riverslea and Yaamba. Moderate flooding is possible at Yaamba from late Sunday.
No observations are currently available for the Fitzroy River at Yaamba, however the river level is estimated to be above the minor flood level and rising. The Fitzroy River at Yaamba may reach around the moderate flood level (12.00 m) late Sunday.
River level rises are occurring in the Fitzroy River at Rockhampton where a peak near the minor flood level (7.00 m) is possible from Monday. Forecasts will be refined as upstream peaks are observed.

The Fitzroy River at Rockhampton is expected to remain below the minor flood level (7.00 m) with river levels elevated through to the weekend.
