* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San Saba, Schleicher, Sutton and Tom Green. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue through late this afternoon. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Crockett, Irion, Schleicher, Sterling and Tom Green. * WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1128 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area over the next few hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Mertzon, Blackwell, Christoval, Bronte, Water Valley, Carlsbad, San Angelo State Park, Grape Creek, Barnhart, as well as rural areas across the Concho Valley. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
