Total ice pellet amounts: 2 to 4 cm. Time span: This morning until this evening. Remarks: A prolonged period of ice pellets mixed with freezing rain is expected to occur for most of Western and Central New Brunswick. Precipitation is expected to begin this morning as snow, then quickly transition into ice pellets mixed with freezing rain. A prolonged period of ice pellets and freezing rain can make driving difficult at times, especially on hilly roads. ### Roads and walkways may become icy and slippery.
