Lincoln Avenue threatened in West Dundee. Filip Street and Fox River Drive threatened in Algonquin. Fox River Trail threatened south of downtown Elgin. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a gradual fall. - Flood stage is 9.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
