The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon Wednesday to 9 PM MDT Saturday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Unseasonably Warm Temperatures...and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior.
* AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY Fire Zone....283. In North Central WY Fire Zones...276...282...287.
* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont. In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Park...Washakie.
* WIND: Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph each afternoon.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. Overnight recoveries will only reach around 40 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the mid 70s. Lows in the lower 40s.

either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong
winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
