Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties and Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM PDT this evening. For the Blizzard Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 5 AM PDT Thursday.
