Stay away from all floodwater. Lightning may kill or injure people and animals. Stay indoors away from windows. Do not shelter under trees. Intense rain may reduce visibility. Drive carefully with lights on. Stop if you cannot see clearly. Lightning strikes may kill or injure people in small boats. Wear rubber boots or shoes and rubber gloves. Stay informed.
