...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY EVENING ACROSS NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA... .Hot, dry, and windy conditions will support widespread critical fire weather conditions Wednesday, mainly in the afternoon and evening.
