    Strong winds that may cause damage are expected. When: Saturday through early Sunday morning Where: - Stuart - Nechako - Prince George - McGregor - Yellowhead - Chilcotin near Anahim Lake and Nimpo Lake - The Lakes District Additional information: A vigorous low pressure system passing through the northern BC Interior will bring strong southwesterly winds beginning Saturday afternoon. Wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h are expected, with gusts possibly exceeding 90 km/h in exposed areas. These strong winds will persist through overnight and eases on Sunday. ### Local utility outages are possible. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
