* WHAT...Historic flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Emmet. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Historic flooding is occurring following recent heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Roads and structures near lakes and rivers will continue to see high water levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - Little to no additional rainfall expected through midweek.
