    Heavy rainfall is expected to develop over portions of southeast Washington and northeast Oregon tonight through Thursday morning. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oregon, including the following areas, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon and southeast Washington, including the following area, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington. * WHEN...From 11 PM PDT this evening through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The Blue Mountains are expected to receive 3 to 4 inches and the Blue Mountain Foothills are expected to receive 1.5 to 2.5 inches. These rain amounts may lead to flooding, especially along small creeks and streams.
