* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery, Page and Pottawattamie and Nebraska, including the following counties, Butler, Cass, Douglas, Gage, Johnson, Lancaster, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson, Sarpy, Saunders and Seward. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A band of heavy rain is expected to develop late this evening and linger into early Saturday morning.
