Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Rises on creeks and streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain through Central Washington. Moderate to heavy rain intensities are expected at times.
