This watch also includes recent burn scars such as Cottonwood, Widemouth 2, Forsyth, France Canyon, Monroe Canyon, and Black Canyon. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Excessive rainfall is expected Sunday afternoon associated with the arrival of deep tropical moisture across much of central and southern Utah.
