At 25.0 feet, Water overtops 1st Street in Tracy, Missouri. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 25.0 feet Monday morning.
