At 15:20 on May 4th, Yanbian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be 4-5 level westerly winds in most parts of our province from tonight to tomorrow day, with gusts reaching 8 level or above. The State Emergency Management Bureau and the State Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention work.

Take proactive measures for water operations in relevant waters and for passing vessels, such as returning to port for shelter from wind or taking detours; 4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible and avoid lingering under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when it is windy; 5. Relevant departments and units should pay attention to fire prevention in forests, grasslands, and other areas.
