Stop high-altitude and other outdoor hazardous operations, and minimize personnel going out as much as possible; 3. Relevant water operations and passing ships should go to safe areas to avoid wind, reinforce port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, stranding, and colliding; 4. Cut off the dangerous power supply and properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds; 5. Aviation, shipping, railway, highway and other units shall take safety measures.
