At 17:55 on August 4, 2026, Changchun Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: it is expected that thunderstorms and strong winds may occur in the western part of Gongzhuling, Nong an, Dehui, and the central and western parts of Yushu within the next 6 hours, with gusts of wind reaching 8-10 levels, and may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy rainfall.
