Additional information: A frontal system over the BC North Coast is spreading heavy rain to the North Coast. This system will weaken Tuesday morning with rain tapering off. Yellow warning - snowfall - in effect Snowfall, with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected. Where: Bulkley Valley, North Coast Inland, Mezidian Junction, Rosswood, Highway 16 between Smithers and Terrace, Highway 113. When: Now to early this afternoon. Additional information: A frontal system over the BC North Coast is spreading snow to the region. Snow is expected to continue through this morning and may become mixed with rain near midday. Conditions should warm sufficiently to allow a change over to rain by early this afternoon. ### Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
