    * WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

    * WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

    * WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Saturday.

    * IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chill values near 70 below zero are occuring this morning. Wind chill values gradually warm to around 60 below zero through Saturday morning.

    Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Significantly reduced visibility and large snow drifts may make travel difficult.

    • Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle.

    Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel may be difficult in near blizzard conditions. Large snow drifts may develop that could make travel difficult.
