Heat index values up to 109 expected Monday afternoon. * WHERE...Southern Crawford, Central and Southern Franklin, and North and Central Sebastian Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory, from noon to 7 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing strenuous activities.
